| If our client is not satisfied with the quality of the full stucco moisture intrusion evaluation performed by our firm, then Michael Leavitt & Co Inspections, Inc. will provide for a re-inspection of the property by an outside inspection company of the client's choice. To exercise this option, our client must submit a request for a re-inspection in writing to our office via mail, fax, or email, within 48 hours of having received the final written stucco moisture intrusion evaluation report. Michael Leavitt & Co Inspections, Inc. will pay the new inspection fees for the re-inspection, up to the amount of the total inspection fee originally paid to Michael Leavitt & Co Inspections, Inc., subsequent to receiving a duplicate copy of the re-inspection report and after receiving a full release of liability form from our client. Our client will be responsible for any additional charges arising from the re-inspection that are over and above the amount paid to Michael Leavitt & Co Inspections, Inc. under the terms of our original contract. Clients who elect to receive a re-inspection from an outside inspection company, under the provisions of this client satisfaction guarantee, shall accept it as full settlement for any and all claims against Michael Leavitt & Co Inspections, Inc. and agree to sign a full release of liability waiver that releases Michael Leavitt & Co Inspections, Inc. from any and all future or past damages. In other words, any future claims will need to be directed towards the new inspection firm and not Michael Leavitt & Co Inspections, Inc..
