EIMA - EIFS INDUSTRY MEMBERS ASSOCIATION
It is easy to see the bias of the EIMA website. As the EIFS Industry Members Association, they are in the business to put a positive spin on the industry as a whole. They currently list these two article excerpts on their site as of 7-15-2007. I was wondering why there was no newer, more recent, positive article quotes to share.

Special Interests: Article Excerpts

"A versatile and relatively inexpensive exterior surface material is creeping up on traditional masonry and becoming an increasingly popular component in the construction of commercial buildings... [EIFS] has great architectural and creative value since it can be produced in many different colors and crafted in eye-appealing shapes.

EIFS is also a high-rated insulating material and is more cost effective as an exterior wall product when compared to brick or concrete block."

"The bottom line is that EIFS has been and will continue to be an appealing choice of exterior cladding for many homeowners, architects and building owners."
